This homogeneous, finely micronized cream has been developed from an emulsifying system based on lipoproteins of plant origin, which is particularly indicated for the preparation of highly stable, continuous aqueous phase micellar systems.
It offers an immediate soothing and re-epithelializing action due to its enhanced reparative and anti itching properties. It restores the optimal level of hydration in skin with peeling phenomena, thinning of the lipid barrier and altered composition of fatty acids. |

| Silanol hydroxyproline |
The bond with silanetriol enables hydroxyproline to increase its dermo-restructuring and re-epithelializing properties, which are particularly necessary in the treatment of a loss of skin integrity, which is characteristic of atopic dermatitis. |

This contains abundant boswellic acids with anti-eczema properties, which demonstrate positive effects on erythema and itching while modulating epidermal maturation to the extent that desquamation is visibly reduced. |
